Hewlett-Packard revenue fall on strong dollar

US personal computer large Hewlett-Packard has noted a fall in profits in the previous quarter and said the strengthening greenback was most likely to harm its finances this yr.

The business, in the midst of a years-long turnaround work, said income in the three months ending January 31 dropped 4pc to $ 1.4bn.
